Job summary

Naked Farmer is seeking a driven Recruiter to build exceptional teams across our restaurants and support center in a hybrid Tampa-based role. You will own full-cycle recruiting, deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to align with our culture and standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles high-volume recruiting, and understands the impact of great hires on guest experience. Hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of recruiting experience (restaurant or multi-unit experience preferred).
• Experience recruiting hourly and salaried roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Post roles, source candidates, and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Manage offers, background checks, and pre-boarding.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, retention, and quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
