Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Player Development at the Executive Host level or above.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to work long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships and markets our gaming product and amenities to valued guests.
• Tracks guest’s visits and arranges accommodations.
• Responsible for telemarketing to inactive customers.
