Job summary

Vinik Sports Group (VSG) seeks an experienced Recruiter to research, develop, and execute recruiting strategies for Business Operations and Arena Operations roles across the Tampa Bay area. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, partnering with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and implement targeted recruitment strategies.

The role requires 3–5 years in high-volume recruiting, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Workday and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in high-volume recruiting.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday and ATS.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and write compliant job descriptions.
• Provide recruitment counsel using employment data, metrics, and best practices.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet department needs.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes; propose improvements.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from posting to interview logistics.
• Coordinate onboarding via Workday and maintain compliance with processes.
