Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle hourly hiring across New York locations, partnering with plant and operations leaders to attract and retain top talent. This onsite role emphasizes high-volume recruitment in a manufacturing and construction context.

This position requires strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management, with travel within Central and Western New York and occasional visits to Allentown, PA for training.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle recruitment experience across high-volume environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, construction, or similar industrial settings.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Excel; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions across multiple New York locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to develop hiring strategies and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community outreach for hard-to-fill roles.
• Track recruiting activity, analyze hiring trends, and use data to support workforce planning.
• Influence hiring outcomes by advising stakeholders and promoting recruiting best practices.
