Heidelberg Materials in New York is seeking a recruiter to lead full-cycle hourly recruiting for construction and construction materials operations. This onsite role is based in Nedrow, NY, supporting multiple NY locations and business lines.

You will partner with hiring managers to attract, hire, and retain top hourly talent, while building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly roles.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to develop hiring strategies.
• Proven sourcing skills and talent pipeline development for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong analytical skills using recruiting data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Excel; Workday preferred.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly positions across multiple New York locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to develop hiring strategies and drive timely hiring decisions.
