Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of sales experience.
• Outbound SDR/appointments setting or high-volume phone sales experience.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
• Highly coachable and motivated by feedback.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales appointments through high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Spend 500+ outbound dials daily and engage prospective clients by phone.
• Build relationships and create interest with prospective clients.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline management.
• Meet and exceed daily activity and performance goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve performance continuously.
