WarriorBabe is seeking a competitive, high-output Sales professional to join our outbound team. You will spend the day on the phone, making 500+ outbound dials, engaging women-focused clients, and driving qualified appointments for our sales team.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in outbound SDR or high-volume phone sales.
• Comfort with 500+ outbound dials per day and a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales appointments through high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Spend the majority of your workday making 500+ outbound dials and engaging prospective WarriorBabe clients by phone.
• Build relationships and create interest with prospective clients.
• Consistently execute outbound call campaigns and follow-up sequences.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline management.
• Meet and exceed daily activity and performance goals.
• Work closely with leadership to continuously improve your performance.
