Job summary

Divergent is seeking a hands-on Recruiter, Non-Exempt Hiring to support high-volume recruiting across production and manufacturing operations. This role focuses on hourly, non-exempt, technician, and skilled-trades positions critical to scaling our operations.

You will own the recruiting process from intake through offer, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and develop pipelines of qualified talent for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, non-exempt, technician roles.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Ability to manage many open requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
• Strong partnership and communication with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and hourly positions across production and manufacturing operations.
• Partner with Production and Operations leaders to understand needs, shifts and timelines.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and move qualified candidates through the process.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, career fairs, and partnerships.
• Build pipelines for high-volume roles and coordinate high-volume hiring events.
• Maintain candidate experience and data accuracy in Greenhouse.
