Horace Mann is seeking a dependable Mail/Copy Center Specialist to support high-volume mail, print, and document production operations in Springfield, IL. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effective processing of mailings and shipping for internal customers.

You will operate and maintain copy/mail equipment, generate reports in Excel/Word, and collaborate with business units to optimize workflows while ensuring quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to create and maintain reports using Word and Excel.
• Ability to match records, transfer information accurately, and maintain document integrity.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at waist level and overhead.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business units to identify efficient mailings, printing projects, and postage processing.
• Process Marketing Portal orders including printing, packaging, and shipping materials using FedEx services.
• Print, assemble, meter, and mail required documents for various requests.
• Operate and maintain Copy Center and Mail Center equipment and monitor performance.
• Create and maintain reports, track mail and print volume, and assist with budgeting insights.
