Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to create and maintain reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to match records, transfer information accurately, and maintain document integrity.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at waist level and overhead.

Responsibilities

• Mail & Print Operations: consult with business units for efficient mailings and postage processing, fulfill Marketing Portal orders, and prepare items for pre-sort mailing services.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: operate and maintain copy/print equipment and postage meters, monitor performance, coordinate maintenance.
• Reporting & Administrative Support: provide postage reporting and create reports in Excel/Word, monitor mail/print volume trends, assist budgeting with operational data.
• Customer Service & Operational Excellence: support internal partners with accurate processing and identify efficiency improvements.
