Job summary

Flight Club is hiring line cooks to join its high-volume kitchen team in Houston. You will read tickets, follow precise recipes, and deliver consistent, high-quality dishes across shifts.

A strong focus on hygiene, organization, and multitasking is required to keep up with demand and maintain a fun, fast-paced environment. Applicants should have at least 2 years in a similar role, a current food handler’s certification, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Current food handler’s certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire to proper health and hygiene standards
• Learn and maintain knowledge of food recipes to standard
• Capability to multitask under pressure and produce menu items efficiently while working on multiple orders at once
• Prepare, cook, and present food efficiently consistent with Company standards
• Maintain correct par levels and minimize waste
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required per department
• Follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining to proper procedures and reporting to management any hazardous situation or incident
