801 Chophouse St. Louis is hiring for a Line Cook! This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position working in a fast-paced, guest-centric kitchen dedicated to the highest quality of food and drink.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders to ensure timely delivery to each table, following recipes and presentation guidelines while upholding strict food-safety standards. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years line cook experience; sauté and salad station preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environment while remaining calm and professional.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders to support timely, efficient delivery to each table.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines while maintaining food safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with BOH team in a loud kitchen environment.
