Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook to timely prepare food items per orders and standard recipes. You will set up line stations, assemble dishes, and maintain quality and cleanliness across all cold and hot stations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires at least two years of high-volume cooking experience, ability to read and follow English recipes, and compliance with sanitation standards. A Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and able to complete GED within 6 months.
• Two years of high-volume cooking experience required.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and prep lists in English.
• Serve Safe Sanitation training completed or willing to complete.
• Must have Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Set up line cooking stations and prepare items at pantry, grill, broiler, sauté, and garde manger stations.
• Assemble dishes according to written specs and quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation.
• Read daily promotions and station assignments from pre-shift information.
• Monitor food quality and rotate products as required.
