Qualifications

• High-volume line cooking experience (2 years) or culinary degree.
• Must read and follow recipes, tickets, and plating diagrams.
• Knowledge of sanitation guidelines and Serv-Safe concepts.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• English language literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baked, grilled, heated, steamed, and fried items.
• Cuts, dices, chops food products and creates soups, sauces, and stocks.
• Follow recipes and plating pictures without deviation unless guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, walk-ins, coolers, storerooms, and freezers.
• Assist Sous Chef with food production according to production sheets.
• Portion control using scales and measuring techniques.
