Responsibilities

• Develops and implements Margaritaville Casino Resort Bossier City guest satisfaction standards for guests and employees.
• Attends departmental orientation prior to starting work in the department.
• Executes all food production as determined by the Sous Chef via production sheets.
• Maintains cleanliness of immediate work area and walk-in cooler; uses proper food handling techniques.
• Prepares proper amounts of food; communicates with Stewards for equipment cleaning needs.
• Handles special requests from the Sous Chef or external guests; assists teammates when possible.
• Portion controls items using scales and other measurement techniques.
