Mid-American Wealth is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist / Scheduler to connect with warm prospects and schedule qualified appointments with our financial professionals in a high-volume phone environment.

You will spend the majority of the day making outbound calls, building rapport, and following up to move prospects toward appointments while documenting activity in company systems. Previous lead gen or call center experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or call-center environments is a plus.
• Strong phone-based communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to document prospect activity accurately in CRM.
• Comfort with outbound calls and hitting activity targets.

Responsabilidades

• Contact warm leads expressing interest in firm services.
• Make outbound calls for ~90% of the workday to prospective clients.
• Engage prospects to understand interest and schedule qualified appointments.
• Document calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in company systems.
• Collaborate with advisors to support scheduling workflow.
