The ideal candidate excels at high-volume outreach, maintains a warm, professional phone/text presence, and stays organized coordinating calendars across time zones to minimize no-shows.

You will log interactions in the CRM and help optimize scheduling workflows to support the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling and calendar management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for logging interactions.
• Proficiency with cloud dialers and VoIP tools.
• Ability to prospect via LinkedIn, SMS, email.
• Strong data entry and basic formatting skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound outreach and rapid follow-up to inbound inquiries to book appointments.
• Deliver concise elevator pitches, qualify prospects, and overcome objections to schedule strategy calls.
• Coordinate discovery calls and demos across multiple time zones, send reminders, and log status in the CRM.
