Job summary

SmartScale360 is seeking a high-energy Appointment Setter to support a U.S.-based business from a remote location. You will handle lead generation, rapid response to inquiries, and outbound outreach to book appointments.

The role requires resilience, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, results-driven attitude to achieve targets while coordinating with the sales team for quotes and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, speed-to-lead, or appointment setting.
• Strong understanding of speed-to-lead practices and prompt response to new inquiries.
• High-energy, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong motivation to hit targets.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of outbound calls and frequent follow-ups.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospect research and outbound outreach.
• Respond rapidly to inbound leads to maximize contact and conversion.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and generate interest.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email and other channels.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs and readiness to move forward.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Prepare quotes and follow up to encourage responses and conversions.
• Maintain CRM records of activity and outcomes.
• Track performance metrics to meet targets and KPIs.
