The role requires maintaining sanitation, safety, and quality control across all prep and plating stages. You should be able to stand long hours, lift 25 lbs, and communicate clearly with the team.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of dining experience preferred in fine or casual dining.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and bend or climb as needed.
• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities and good judgment.

• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Plate and prepare several orders based on customer specifications, working on several different orders simultaneously.
