Responsibilities

• Meal preparation following standardized recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Plate and garnish cooked items for attractive presentation.
• Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation before and after service.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and assist with purchasing.
• Handle last-minute culinary requests for events or facility functions.
