Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Plate and garnish dishes for attractive presentation.
• Support Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and clean equipment before and after service.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock, and assist with purchasing and recipe development.
• Handle last‑minute requests for events and facility functions.
