Qualifications

• Prepare, portion, and cook nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes.
• Plate and present dishes attractively.
• Assist Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Maintain high sanitation standards in the kitchen and on all equipment.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock, assist with purchasing, and ensure recipe development and compliance.
• Flexibly handle last-minute culinary requests for events.
