HMSHost is seeking a Cook to join a high-volume, casual dining kitchen. You will prepare cooked foods, manage multiple stations, and ensure timely communication with the manager and servers to maintain service quality.

The role requires following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and operating a variety of kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment, with attention to HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of closely related cooking experience in high-volume casual dining.
• Ability to follow recipes and menus for multiple stations.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cooked foods according to recipes and menus.
• Communicate ticket times and issues to the manager and servers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of stations and equipment.
• Follow HACCP standards and food safety practices.
• Operate kitchen equipment and assist with stock rotation.
