Ōnin Staffing is seeking a Call Center Representative in Madison, AL for a temporary assignment to support high-volume recruiting and appointment scheduling. You will make outbound calls, contact candidates, and document interactions.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing scheduling needs and priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 120 outbound calls per day.
• Schedule approximately 20–30 interviews per day for our recruiting team.
• Contact candidates by phone, text, and email regarding job opportunities.
• Conduct basic pre-screening to determine candidate qualifications.
• Accurately document candidate interactions and appointment details.
• Follow up with candidates to confirm scheduled appointments.
