Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Huntsville, AL to work with the Scheduling Manager and Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding caregivers, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires a high school diploma (or higher) with 2+ years in administration or sales/customer service, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Limited travel and benefits are offered beyond base salary.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with a combination of education/experience; and minimum of two years' experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resource functions within an office setting.
• Valid driver's license
• Valid state required proof of auto insurance

Responsabilidades

• Caregiver management: responsible for hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-call: periodically managing after-hours calls from clients, caregivers, and referral sources, and address urgent schedule changes.
• General office support: provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: support conducting intakes and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality client service from calls to in-home consultations.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state-specific requirements.
