Responsibilities

• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints.
• Researching required information using available resources.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales and service issues.
• Providing customers with product and service information.
• Processing forms, orders and applications requested by customers.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to management.
• Routing inbound calls to appropriate resources.
• Following up on complicated calls and updating CRM notes.
