Ōnin Staffing is seeking a Call Center Representative in Madison, AL for a temporary assignment to support high-volume recruiting and appointment scheduling. You will make outbound calls, contact candidates, and document interactions.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (may change)

• Experience making high-volume outbound calls and meeting daily productivity goals
• Strong appointment-scheduling and calendar-management skills
• Ability to handle frequent schedule changes and coordinate multiple appointments
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
• Experience documenting calls, updating candidate information, and maintaining accurate records
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Must be organized, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
