Ben E. Keith Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume invoice processing and validation. You will ensure accurate PO and non-PO invoicing, perform POD matching, and respond to supplier inquiries with a focus on timely payments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AP, strong communication, and attention to detail. SAP experience and 10-key data entry proficiency are preferred, with opportunities for growth within Shared Services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to processing accuracy.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize urgent requests and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies and resolve invoice issues.
• Experience with SAP preferred and 10-key data entry by touch.

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume AP invoices, including PO and non-PO, for timely payment.
• Validate OCR data, ensure accuracy of fields, and perform POD matching.
• Identify and resolve processing exceptions, duplicates, and data discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from divisions, branches, and suppliers regarding invoice status and issues.
• Assist month-end closing activities and maintain AP documentation.
