Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor payments, and AP operations. You will work closely with procurement and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice issues and ensure financial controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, strong SAP experience, and advanced Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP for invoice processing and accounts payable functions.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and payment terms.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices, and payment-related exceptions.
• Collaborate with procurement teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors to resolve purchase order, receipt, invoice, and payment issues.
• Respond promptly to vendor and internal inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, and documentation requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with system implementations, testing, process improvement projects, and other finance-related initiatives.
• Prioritize and manage workload effectively in response to changing business needs and deadlines.
• Support additional finance and operational activities as required.
