Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (High Voltage Systems) to drive supplier quality across HV components and electromechanical assemblies for our EV platform. You will define and implement QMS, lead APQP/PPAP, and work with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in automotive or EV supplier quality, HV experience, and familiarity with ISO 9001/IATF16949.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 3–7 years in automotive or EV supplier quality.
• Experience with HV systems, insulation testing, and HV safety.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and APQP/PPAP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality standards for HV components.
• Inspect HV materials and assemblies to meet safety and quality specs.
• Lead supplier audits and APQP/PPAP activities.
• Drive root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) and CAPA.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to improve quality.
