Harbinger, an American EV company, seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer (High Voltage Systems) to define and drive supplier quality processes across engineering, suppliers and manufacturing. The role focuses on HV safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

You will assess suppliers, lead audits, and implement CAPA, PPAP and APQP activities to ensure the highest quality HV components, including battery modules, inverters and HV harnesses, while maintaining QMS compliance and safe

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
• 3–7 years in manufacturing or supplier quality in automotive/EV/power electronics.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems and EV components is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement supplier quality standards for HV components and assemblies.
• Inspect materials, processes and HV products to ensure safety and quality.
• Lead supplier audits and assessments for high-voltage manufacturing.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams on quality improvements and CAPA.
• Maintain records of supplier performance and HV test data.
