Harbinger Motors Inc. seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer (High Voltage Systems) to define and implement HV supplier quality processes across engineering, suppliers, purchasing, and manufacturing. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure QMS compliance, and establish quality standards for HV components.

The role requires 3–7 years in related fields, HV systems familiarity, and strong problem-solving and project management skills. Travel up to 30–50% may be required in the HV domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 3–7 years of experience in supplier or manufacturing quality.
• Experience in automotive/EV/aerospace or power electronics quality assurance.
• Hands-on familiarity with high‑voltage systems and HV safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality standards for HV components and assemblies.
• Inspect HV materials and assemblies to ensure safety and quality specifications.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits and APQP/PPAP activities.
• Lead corrective actions (CAPA) with suppliers and drive root-cause analysis.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and report on defects, yields, and delivery times.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in supplier quality and safety.
