Job summary

The role requires up to 75% travel across the US, with per diem and a company vehicle provided. Candidates should have HV experience and strong contract and CPM scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Eng or Construction Mgmt preferred.
• 3–5 years HV substation and transmission line construction experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to read and understand contracts.

Responsibilities

• Establish site safety requirements with the safety team.
• Develop Project Execution Plan for contracts, resources, and schedule.
• Monitor costs, invoicing, and maintain project records.
• Procure materials and subcontracts; manage on-site progress and invoicing.
• Submit monthly cost-to-complete projections.
• Coordinate pre-construction planning and permit review.
• Maintain project documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Foster relationships with local market partners and project teams.
