PACK Power LLC is seeking a construction supervisor to coordinate and drive HV/MV electrical construction projects. You will lead a small crew on site, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with field teams to meet schedules.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in construction; HV experience and blueprint reading are preferred. Nationwide opportunities with travel and a per diem are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of construction experience.
• Training in electrical/high voltage substations is preferred.
• Experience with LV systems, blueprints, and control wiring terminations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and lead a team to do the same.
• Lead a team of 1-3 apprentices/laborers in safe, productive construction activities.
• Ensure workers perform their duties skillfully and efficiently.
• Ensure assigned work progresses on schedule.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers and assign duties.
• Suggest improvements to production methods, equipment performance and quality of output.
• Assist with inventory, tracking, and forecasting of materials.
• Coordinate material routing and work area layouts.
• Complete required employee documentation when required.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
