Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a construction supervisor to coordinate and execute high voltage/substation projects on multiple sites across the country. You will lead a small crew, ensure safety, and maintain production schedules while interpreting complex blueprints and wiring diagrams.

The role requires readiness to travel to job sites on short notice and to manage materials, tools, and site logistics. A GED/HS diploma and 3+ years in construction are preferred, with HV substation experience a

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years of construction experience.
• Training/experience in electrical/high voltage substations preferred.
• Experience with LV systems, blueprints, and control wiring terminations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and lead the team to do the same.
• Leads a team of 1-3 apprentices/laborers in safe and productive construction activities.
• Ensure workers perform their tasks skillfully and on schedule.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders and assign duties.
• Suggest improvements to production methods, equipment performance and quality.
• Assist with inventory, tracking, and forecasting of materials.
• Coordinate routing of materials and equipment and layout of work areas.
• Carry out occasional personnel actions as needed.
• Coordinate with jobsite superintendent/foreman on project activities.
• Complete required equipment maintenance and transfer reports.
• Preplan daily activities and monitor tasks.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
