Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is expanding its High Voltage and Medium Voltage construction operations across the United States. The role involves supervising a small team on HV/substation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with project leaders and site personnel.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in construction; HV experience and blueprint literacy are preferred. Per diem is offered on assignments, with nationwide travel when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of construction experience.
• Electrical/high voltage substation training/experience preferred.
• Experience with LV systems, blueprints, and control wiring terminations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and lead the team to do the same.
• Leads a team of 1-3 apprentices/laborers in safe and productive construction activities.
• Ensure that the workers under them do their job skillfully and efficiently.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
• Coordinate activities with jobsite superintendent and/or foreman to manage projects.
• May travel to different jobsites on short notice.
