Job summary

PACK Power, LLC seeks a construction supervisor to coordinate and execute HV/MV construction activities on projects across the United States. You will lead a small crew, ensure safety and quality, interpret blueprints, and keep work on schedule while traveling to various sites as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in construction, with HV substation experience preferred. Competitive pay and per diem accompany nationwide assignments in renewable and utility

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and job orders.
• Lead a small team safely and efficiently.
• Maintain productivity and quality on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Lead 1-3 apprentices/laborers in construction activities.
• Coordinate activities with foreman/superintendent.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
