Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC. is seeking a Pricing Specialist for High Voltage Products in the Americas.

The role focuses on developing and executing pricing strategies for make-to-stock, configurable, and engineered-to-order products, leveraging market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to optimize pricing, govern pricing rules, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance profitability and competitiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of pricing management experience, preferably in high voltage/high tech or industrial sectors.
• Experience pricing configurable and engineered-to-order products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for high voltage products in the Americas.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer value drivers to optimize pricing.
• Support pricing governance, monitor pricing recommendations, and evaluate pricing exceptions.
• Develop pricing models, tools, databases, and reporting processes; present performance to leadership.
