Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pricing management, ideally within the high voltage electrical switchgear industry
• Experience pricing configurable and engineered-to-order products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Proficiency with pricing and business intelligence tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for high voltage products across the Americas region
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer value drivers to optimize pricing decisions
• Establish pricing for make-to-stock, configurable, and engineered-to-order product offerings
• Partner with product marketing teams to understand cost structures, product specifications, and market opportunities
• Support pricing governance activities by monitoring pricing recommendations and evaluating pricing exceptions
• Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models, tools, databases, and reporting processes
• Monitor pricing performance, profitability, and revenue impact, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Present pricing performance updates to leadership and lead strategic pricing reviews with product groups
