Hitachi Energy in the United States is seeking a High Voltage Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of high voltage equipment up to 800kV. You will perform field assignments at customer sites, assist with commissioning, and contribute to reliable power system infrastructure.

Competenze

• Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• Trade education or college degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred; equivalent training considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical field service, construction, power equipment, or related environments.
• Experience supporting installation, maintenance, testing, or repair of electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and test equipment software.

Mansioni

• Perform field service activities involving installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of high voltage equipment
• Support commissioning, maintenance, overhaul, upgrade, and retrofit projects at customer sites
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment issues and assist with corrective actions
• Conduct testing activities and document results using established procedures
• Compile and review equipment and test data to support issue resolution
• Coordinate work activities with internal teams and customer representatives
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and customer service
• Support field service projects and the operation of field test equipment
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
