Job summary

Hitachi Energy in the Americas is seeking a Pricing Specialist – High Voltage Products to shape pricing strategies for make-to-stock, configurable, and engineered-to-order products. You will analyze market trends, collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams, develop pricing models, and monitor governance.

Strong analytical and proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years pricing management experience, preferably in HV electrical switchgear.
• Experience pricing configurable and engineered-to-order products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for HV products across the Americas.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer value drivers.
• Set pricing for make-to-stock, configurable, and ETO offerings.
• Collaborate with product marketing to understand costs and opportunities.
• Support pricing governance with monitoring and exceptions evaluation.
• Develop pricing models, tools, and reporting processes.
• Monitor profitability and present updates to leadership.
• Lead pricing reviews with product groups.
