Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a skilled professional to manage high voltage GIS substation projects from handover through invoicing and closeout. You will coordinate material delivery, field service scheduling, and contractor activities while ensuring compliance with customer agreements and regulatory guidelines.

You will lead on-site execution with field crews and technical advisors, support installation and testing, and maintain clear communication with customers about progress and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in related field.
• Experience with installation and commissioning of GIS substations.
• Knowledge of high voltage products and their applications.
• Proficiency with SAP (Fiori and Cockpit) and familiarity with AI-supported PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage high voltage GIS substation projects from order handover to invoicing.
• Coordinate material delivery, field service timelines, and contractor activities.
• Maintain and update project documentation and SAP service orders.
• Lead on-site execution with field crews, contractors, and advisors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and customer agreements.
