Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own HV Service projects from Sales handoff to execution, invoicing, and payment confirmation. You will verify orders, coordinate field resources, manage schedules, and communicate with customers and internal teams.

The role covers large GIS substation installations, including civil readiness, gas handling, testing, and turnover. You will support commercial activities, resolve disputes, monitor accounts receivable, and apply AI-augmented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience managing large GIS substation projects.
• Knowledge of high-voltage products and services.
• Proven ability to coordinate field teams and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own customer projects and orders from Sales handoff through execution and payment confirmation.
• Verify information, documentation, and project requirements with technical sales.
• Maintain service orders in SAP and verify field service data in FSM.
• Coordinate handoffs to field service, confirm resources and input from other departments.
• Communicate project updates and handle disputes, delays, and payments.
• Plan and manage large GIS substation installations from civil readiness to turnover.
• Apply AI-augmented PM tools to forecast risks and schedules.
