Integrated Power Services (IPS) in Houston seeks experienced electrical power technicians to inspect, test, troubleshoot, and start-up high‑voltage systems up to 500kV. You’ll perform relay calibration, power meter testing, and data collection as part of a field team.

Requirements: high school diploma, 5+ years in the field, NETA certification preferred, OSHA 30, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally and overnight; overtime and on-call work may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in power systems preferred.
• NETA Certification (III or IV) highly preferred or equivalent skills to pursue.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, start-up and collect data on HV systems up to 500kV.
• Perform relay calibration and power metering tests.
• Test transformers, switchgear and circuit breakers; respond to emergencies as needed.
