Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking experienced technicians to inspect, test, and troubleshoot high- and medium-voltage electrical systems up to 500kV. You will perform relay calibration, power metering, and a range of diagnostic tests with a safety-first mindset.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 5+ years of experience, and a valid driver's license. NETA certification is highly preferred; OSHA 30/70-E training is a plus. Some travel and on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Electrical Power or equivalent training preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• NETA Certification (III or IV) highly preferred.
• OSHA 30 hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED training preferred.
• At least 3 years of driving experience with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up and data collection of HV/LV electrical systems up to 500kV.
• Test instrument transformers, power transformers, relays and switchgear.
• Conduct Tan Delta, Power Factor, VLF, DC Hipot tests, and related diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot automatic transfer switches.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety and quality.
