Socket is seeking an Inside Commercial Sales Representative to join our in-office team in Columbia, MO. You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, educate business customers, and offer the best-fit services to meet their needs.

The role emphasizes high-volume, customer-focused activity with a target-driven environment. You’ll work 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, in-office only, using CRM to manage conversations and progress toward sales goals.

Formación

• Experience handling multi-line phones and multi-channel inquiries (phone, chat, email).
• Ability to upsell or recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and systems at once.

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound calls from potential customers and educate them about Socket services.
• Make outbound calls to leads showing interest in fiber offerings.
• Document conversations and log follow-ups in the CRM system.
