Socket Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to work in the Columbia, Missouri area, engaging homeowners door-to-door to introduce Socket’s fiber internet and close sales. You’ll start by reviewing routes, then take conversations into the field, handling follow-ups and coordinating with the install team.

Evening hours and some Saturdays are common, with training provided. We offer a guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission, with growth potential in a territory-driven role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to walk several miles per day outdoors in all weather.
• Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius.
• Flexibility to work evenings and some Saturdays.
• Positive, confident attitude and willingness to be coached.

Responsabilités

• Walk neighborhoods and talk with residents about switching to Socket Fiber.
• Build rapport quickly and create a great first impression.
• Use tools and training to explain our services and answer questions.
• Close sales and log activity in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and coordinate with the install team.
• Share field insights with the team to improve outreach strategies.
• Represent Socket professionally and follow all safety guidelines.
