Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel daily within local market.
• Strong communication and people skills essential.
• Experience in door-to-door or in-person sales a plus.
• Comfort with rejection; performance-driven, commission-heavy role.

Responsibilities

• Own your local territory by generating leads through in-person prospecting and networking.
• Introduce decision makers to Socket Fiber’s business services.
• Assess customer needs and tailor solutions (Broadband, Voice, UCaaS).
• Hit monthly sales goals and key performance benchmarks.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce and follow up to close opportunities.
• Participate in daily sales calls, trainings, and development opportunities.
