Job summary

Molex is seeking a Signal Integrity Systems Engineer to design and validate high-speed interconnects for data services, including PAM4 channels and 112G/224G efforts. You will own system-level SI analysis, develop end-to-end models, and coordinate with ASIC/PHY, hardware, and validation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in high-speed signal integrity and channel validation.
• Experience with HFSS, Keysight ADS/PLTS or Cadence Sigrity or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level SI analysis for high-speed channels including AEC/ACC/DAC connections and PCB interconnects.
• Develop end-to-end channels for 112G and 224G PAM4 applications.
• Develop and analyze S-parameter models; correlate simulations with measurements.
• Perform IBIS-AMI and statistical/electrical simulations for PAM4 channels.
• Lead BER, eye, jitter and SNR analysis; identify channel limitations.
• Correlate simulations with VNA, TDR, and oscilloscope data across modules.
• Troubleshoot SI issues across PCB, connector, cable, package, and silicon interfaces.
• Collaborate with ASIC/PHY, hardware, PCB, and validation teams; support demonstrations.
• Create technical reports and present results to customers and internal teams.
• Lead root-cause investigations and propose design improvements.
