Job summary

Molex is seeking a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer to lead measurement, analysis, and validation of high-speed interconnects, including connectors and cable assemblies. This role focuses on improving lab capabilities, test methodologies, and product performance across Molex applications.

Reporting to the Senior Principal Signal Integrity Engineer, you will mentor staff, develop test automation, and ensure compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement in laboratory

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years in high-speed signal integrity design, testing, and validation.
Experience designing, characterizing, and evaluating high-speed connectors and interconnect systems.

Responsibilities

Lead measurement, analysis, and validation of high-speed interconnects and shielding performance.
Develop, validate, and execute SI test methodologies aligned with standards and customer requirements.
Design and maintain test automation using Python or MATLAB.
Mentor engineers and technicians in laboratory best practices and techniques.
Collaborate with design, simulation, and system engineering teams to optimize performance.
Perform channel characterization and link analysis for SerDes systems.
